Admission is opened through out the year for all courses except for On campus courses. Application form and prospectus are available from the office directly or students can use the online application form available in this website. 
Admission Procedure 
Candidates interested to apply for BTEC courses first apply online . BTEC verify the application form and send a approval letter for selected candidates via email. On receiving this mail, candidate has to down load the application form , fill it and send  it to BTEC with relevant documents(1. Filled up application form,2. Two passport type photograph, 3. Copy of course certificate & marksheet. 4. Copy of experience certificate, and 5.examination fee prescribed. Item 5. above is for working candidates.Fee can be paid by Demand draft drawn in favour of Bharathi technical engineering college, payable at irinjalakuda. or by online using credit card or directly paying to the bank account.(for details contact: info@btecollege.org) The filled- in registration form along with the prescribed fee should be sent to the Institute by registered post to

On receiving the registration form with required fee, registration number, Syllabus, sample questions will be send to the candidate. The Study Materials will be send to online regular candidates only. Admission is open throughout the year for all the courses through online education program. 
Hostel: Separate hostel facility will be provided for girls and boys. A refundable deposit of INR3000 should be remitted at the time of admission to the hostel. Monthly fee INR1600, for food, electricity and water.
Study Materials:
The study materials for online regular candidates will be dispatched through mail.
Medium of Instruction 
The Medium of instruction is English. The study materials are prepared in simple English . 
Examination : Examinations are conducted online with objective type questions and results will be mailed to the candidates  within 48 hours.
Certification : Certificate with marks sheet will be dispatched to the successful candidates within 7 days after the examination.
