Bharathi Technical Engineering College was, established at an auspicious moment in the year 1972 as Kerala Technical Institute, with the primary objective of rendering selfless, dedicated and yeomen service to cause of industrial training, originally in the field of Civil Engineering and subsequently in the field of rest of the Engineering branches. 

BTEC is headed by Mr.Raju P Sundaram. M.Tech,MBA,MIETE, who is a member of Institute of Electronics and telecommunication Engineers, India. He has got endless enthusiasm in leading the institution and in developing innovative methods in the fields of training and education. BTEC has moulded thousands of students into Skilled engineers and Technicians since 1972. At present BTEC offers various on campus and online courses in the fields of Management and IT as well as Engineering and Technology.BTEC is the bright star among the ISO 9001:2008 certified PNS Group institutions.
